To kick off its annual design contest weekend hosted here at Newhouse, the Society for News Design ↗ has arranged another stellar lineup of speakers to share their insights and expertise with our students. The Syracuse Student Workshop (#SNDatSU) runs from Noon to 5 p.m. in Room 141, Newhouse 3 (Halmi Screening Room) and kicks off with free pizza of course.

As you can see from the schedule below, there are a wide range of topics covering photojournalism, infographics, illustration, design and writing from speakers working in a variety of media fields. Come one and all so you can benefit from hearing a session or network with design professionals.
